Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you as soon as your refund or replacement is processed.
